360 Virtual Tour TEC Minato Mirai Centre Building in Japan

360 Virtual Tour of Serviced Offices, Co-working Spaces, Breakout Area and Meeting Rooms for The Executive Centre at Minato Mirai Centre Building in Yokohama, Japan. The Virtual Tour interface includes the new left side navigation menu system. This new navigation system allows for a streamlined look on both desktop, tablet and mobile devices. There are 3 sections in the navigation menu: on top there is a client logo which can include a link to the client’s webpage. Below the client logo is a clickable list of the 360 degree images in the virtual tour.

The bottom section of the virtual tour interface contains a series of customizable buttons which open popup windows and links to social media sharing options. The first button opens a popup window to the google maps location of The Executive Centre at Minato Mirai Centre Building. Next to this is a button that opens a floorplan with clickable map locations which open that specific 360 panorama within the virtual tour. Thirdly there is a button which opens a popup video player for YouTube video and lastly there is a button which opens a popup photo album with a gallery of images taken at the location. The bottom row of buttons includes social sharing links to LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Facebook and Twitter.

Within the virtual tour there are both way points and interactive hot spots. The way points have a new dynamic smart entry effect which simulates the movement between the two 360 points in the tour. There are also buttons which open YouTube videos, photo galleries and individual photos of specific areas. On the bottom right is a hide-able info box which provides the title of the current location and a description of the area.
